La Grange will suit your needs perfectly.
Located in the middle of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, one of the sunniest regions of France, La Grange enjoys warm summers boasting temperatures well into the 30s. You’ll find lots to see and do both locally and across the region.
Explore the countryside, sample the many fantastic restaurants in the local area, take a stroll down to the village for a bière, or just laze in the sun with a good book after a dip in the pool - you'll find plenty to occupy yourself during a relaxing stay at our French retreat.

An ideal getaway for a families or a group of friends, La Grange has four good-sized double bedrooms and two large bathrooms.
The country-style kitchen has everything you’ll need for a self-catering holiday including; a fan-assisted oven; two fridges and a freezer; a full-size dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining area seats eight, comfortably.
You can access Netflix or (UK) freeview TV from the comfort of the lounge-snug - all with a glass of local wine or two, of course!
A travel-cot, high chair and stair gates are available for families, on request.
All bedding, linen and towels are included at no extra cost.

La Grange is situated on 3/4 acre of land within a small hamlet, which is made up of a number of other 17th century renovated properties.
La Grange benefits from peaceful rural surroundings, with several walking and cycling trails within easy reach.
The heated swimming pool is set in private grounds and is available for your exclusive use. Water temperature ranges from mid to high 20s. For your safety, the pool is protected by an alarm.
A full size tennis outdoor court, 3 minutes drive - free to use. Remember to bring your tennis rackets. Cycle Hire is also available locally from Ruffec.

“Truly Relaxing Stay”
We had a wonderful week at La Grange. It was the first time we had tried France for a family holiday. We normally go a little further afield but wanted to take our Golden Retriever with us. The house had everything we needed. A fabulously quiet location and lovely pool. We enjoyed some scenic local walks and amazing croissants from the bakery in Lizant, where our dog also was able to enjoy a refreshing dip! Mike was really helpful with my many questions pre-staying which was much appreciated and Sally was on hand during our stay for any questions. Thank you for a great stay.

“Amazing family home with plenty to do”
This is my second visit to La Grange in the last 3 years. We stayed there with our daughters - one and a half year old and a three and half year old. Amazing facilities both indoors and outdoors. The pool was used throughout our stay to the delight of both our children. Barbecue available for al fresco cooking. Detailed booklet available of things to do within the local area as well as further away - can highly recommended visiting Vallee des Singes. Thank you Mike will definitely book again and have recommended to my friends.
