The Harborview Grande is located on the south end of Clearwater Beach where you will be within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and activities such as miniature gulf.
This unit is on the 6th floor giving superior views of the inner coastal water way. Setting on your balcony that overlooks the bay, you are likely to see dolphins playing in your back yard as you enjoy our beautiful Florida weather. The balcony faces north, so you will not have to worry about the heat of the sun while relaxing in the fresh air. The living room is well furnished with plenty of seating for the family including a 46” flat screen high-def TV with a 3.1 Bose Surround Sound System and a view of the bay. Here we have an open floor-plan so you are not cut off from your family if someone decides to take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen. Pamper yourself in the very large master bedroom and on suite. The bed is a high quality king size bed with another large high-def television. The on suite is equipped with a large garden tub and separate shower. Over-all this master suite is the perfect romantic setting overlooking the bay as well. Don’t worry we did not forget the rest of the family, they have their our bedrooms that are well decorated as well. Luxury living for the whole family in this high end three bedroom condo on the water.
