Welcome to the Sunfish Flat!

This rejuvenated beachfront 2-bedroom 2 bath condo is perfect for your vacation getaway.

This condo is in north Clearwater Beach, where the white sand beach and turquoise ocean water is in your backyard. Relax, put your toes in the sand, look for shells, or wade in the water, it’s right there, ready and waiting for you to enjoy.

Within the walls, a fresh modern kitchen awaits your use. Charming living room has a splendid ocean view, comfy furnishings and flat screen TV. Newly updated bedrooms and bathrooms too. Greet your morning with coffee as you experience the ocean breeze. At night enjoy libations, as you await the elusive “green flash” at sunset \'yes, it does exist\'.

At dusk take a leisurely stroll down the white sands to restaurants, beach attractions and the famous Pier 60 Sunset Festival, where there is nightly entertainment, arts and crafts and inflatable playground \'seasonal and weather permitting\'.

We invite you to come stay and make great family memories!

This unit is accessible by stairs only, there is not an elevator on site.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.

Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay.

No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
