Description

Bay Harbor Condos are located in the beach community of Clearwater Beach. The building overlooks the calm waters of Clearwater Harbor where views include harbor boating activities, night time lights reflected on the water, and frequent dolphin sightings.

Within walking distance you will find plenty of dining, miniature golf, nightlife oportunities, harbor cruises, famous Pier 60, and the white sands shores of Clearwater Beach.

The unit is a 3br/3ba that sleeps 8 people. The great room includes the kitchen, dining area and large living room, all of which overlook the waters of the harbor.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.

Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay.

No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit

No Fishing Off The Docks.

No Pets.

No Parties.

No cooking food that creates an unpleasant living environment for other tenants.

No candles

No Trailers.

Response from the manager The Bay Harbor units are beautiful, it's true. They are great units for family vacations. We apologize about the salt and pepper, as those items are ordinarily checked and and replaced. We always respond to requests for standard replacement items when we are contacted. We are happy to hear this group had a pleasant vacation here at our beach!

How do damage deposits work?
