• Recently renovated and beautifully decorated uni.t located on first floor (19steps). Unit is about 760 square feet with vaulted ceiling in living area.

• Unloading and organizing your travel personal items is easy in our spacious walk-in closet.

• Quean size bed with comfortable mattress.

• Smart TV located in living room.

• Kitchen with many amenities that helps you prepare your homecooked meals.

• Laundry done easy with washer & dryer inside the unit.

• Bathroom towels, hair dryer and available personal care supplies.

• Screened, furnished patio, a place where you can relax with a morning coffee.

• For guests traveling with kids a pullout sofa bed in the living room is a great option.

• For trips to the Beach we provided 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs and umbrella.

The Avalon condominium complex in Clearwater, Florida is a gated community minutes away from Clearwater Beach and most famous beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Minutes away from both Tampa and St Petersburg International Airports.

Close to Florida's major attractions - Busch Gardens in Tampa; Disney world, Universal Studios and Sea World in Orlando. Surrounded by Tampa Bay's recreational highlights - award winning beaches, boating, fishing, biking, golfing, jet ski rentals, water sports, beach activities, nightlife by Pier 60 surrounded by shops, restaurants, and bars. The unit itself creates a warm environment with two steps away from the pool and club house. Cozy Home away from home.
