Lemon Cottage is cute as a button. With no streets to cross you are just 200 steps to the beach, and 5 blocks walk to Famous Pier 60. Enjoy a Classic Beach Cottage with Central Air conditioning and Heat, Granite kitchen and floors, Samsung smart stainless appliances and double oven. High end conviences of today with classic beach cottage feel. With a antique brick patio right on Mandalay Ave, you get to sit outside right in front of the sliding glass doors, and watch the bicycles, skate boarders, and bikini clad roller skaters go buy . Great bars like the Shipwreck across street along with Angelo s Pizza, best in town, Never a dull moment at the Lemon Cottage.
Features Kingsize bed with Posturpedic Mattress, white beach furniture, 2 wall mounted LCD TV a, sleeper sofa bed and a 2016 remodel with new bathroom kitchen, and everything brand new.
Great for romantic couple, or family with 2 children.
Also back door leading to the beach street has wood deck, gazebo, beach chairs and toys, with outside hot and cold water shower.
Onsite property managers insure all you beach vacation needs are met.
Free transportation in our Golf Cart, when available to Pier 60 or package stores.
Located in the area called Clear water Cottages recently designated Old Florida District, by Beach by Design , a few streets with remodeled classic beach houses, and Guest Inns.
House keeper will assist with small laundry loads.
Pet are welcome and the pet is just $10 daily with a maximum of $70 per week, added at time of check in.

“Don’t waste your money”
First problem was on trip advisor the check in time was wrong so we got there and of course our room was not ready. We drove 16 hours straight through. We were so tired. Thank goodness my grand parent… More

Response from the owner Dear Jwoods: You thought that 2:00 check in was 2:00 in the morning and you did not add the extra day. We are glad when you got there the room was ok. The TV needed to be set to HDMI 2, and you did not let us know until later about the TV but thank you for letting us the know the place was kinda clean. There are 59 FIVE STAIR REVIEWS about this house on another online booking service. Many of the comments are how comfortable the King size Posteurpedic Mattress is. . Yes the rates are very high in March, Spring Break, Peak Season, but I believe your unhappiness stems form misunderstanding the check in time, your being tired from driving all night, and your disappointment that you did not get an extra night for free. Had this really been a one star property you would have walked out and asked for a refund. We are sorry for disappointment and really wish you arrived at the correct check in time and had a better vacation. Capt AL and Karen
