Description

Enjoy a restored real beach house just 100 steps to the beach. High end remodel of classic 1925 Duplex house. Hawaii wood floors, Designer Professional Series Stainless steel appliance. Galley kitchen with granite tops, beaded pine cabinets. Still feels like a classic beach house and just steps to the beach. Shared Key West style backyard features wood party deck, tin roof gazebo, hot tub, cobblestone walkway out toward beach. Enjoy the beach like a local, not a tourist.

This area called Clear water Cottages is the very last few streets left on the island, beach side where you can walk around, at night, enjoy restored beach houses and cottages which are all now vacation rentals. When you want the action, just walk 6 blocks to Pier 60 with all the Ritzy new motels.

You can walk to everything and Pier 60 just 5 blocks. You do not need a car here.

Interaction with guest

Capt.Al and Karen with housekeeping are generally around to help you have a great beach vacation. We offer great days on the beach sight seeing in summer when weather and time permit. Capt.Al offers free use of his bicycles, coolers, fishing poles, and all beach needs. Guests reviews show most guest love their interaction with the Cottage Counselors. Of course you can have complete privacy if you like. We would love to show you have to enjoy the Salt Life

Our Cottage was everything we expected. Faucet on the front porch leaked constantly causing us to track water into the house every day.
