This property is walking distance to Balans, Uva, Starbuck, Subway and many neighborhood restaurants on Morningside.
It is 5-15 minutes’ drive to the Bayside Marketplace, midtown, the design district, the port, the airport, Jackson and Mount Sinai.
South Beach, the Marlins, Joe Robbins, Sun Life Stadiums are about 15-25 minutes’ drive.
