Modern spacious apartment in peaceful setting but close to village with shops. The historic town of Cognac just 10 minutes away . Here you can visit the famous Cognac Houses and see for yourself how this old brandy is made. The river Charente offers many opportunities for a fun day out. Owners on site.

Modern all on one level, no steps or stairs to worry about. Lovely large garden to relax in the sun. Village just a short walk where you will find all shops a restaurant and bar.

Cognac a short drive away is an historic town full of character and charm. Walk along the Charente or wile a few hours away people watching in the square.

Visit one of the many Cognac Houses such as Hennessey ,Remy Martin Martell and many others. The coast is only 35 mins away and has glorious beaches and picturesque villages.

Response from the owner We are very surprised by the above. Clients did not complain during their 2 night stay (which was a booking for 4 /5 nights and could have been charged as such). 60 euros (not £'s) per night was the high season charge agreed with the clients by phone when booking. The apartment is open plan and has a window and french doors plus window in the bathroom.The view is of trees lawns and shrubs and the water tanks ?? I can only assume is the small water butt for collecting rain water. We live here in France because we love it and the people I have never been rude to anyone in fact we bend over backwards to help all we can. Our property has been inspected and complies with all health and safety guidelines.
