The person making reservation must be 25 years or older. Your Reservation must be made with your Legal Name.
You cannot book the property for a Third Party (someone else) even for a family members. You MUST be present at the property during the entire rental period and you agree to accept responsibilities and liability.
OCCUPANCY: Maximum 3 Adults (4 persons including children/infants) in the suite at any time.
ALL occupants must be disclosed prior to sending booking request.
No Visitors, No Overnight Guests.
Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional charges per day/person applies after first two.
BBQ-One portable BBQ (propane) can be provided upon request (seasonal). Bring your own green propane canisters and enjoy the cooking. BBQ must be left clean prior the check-out. Please INQUIRE PRIOR TO BOOKING.
NOTE: Charcoal BBQ is NOT permitted on premises.
