La résidence du Soleil vous propose une location privilégiée, elle est à moins de 100 mètres de la plage du Port d’Avall.
La rue du Soleil vous mène à pied à la plage, et la rue Coma Chéric vous permet d’accéder avec votre véhicule.
La vue imprenable sur le Fort Saint-Elme, les oliviers et le vignoble est reposante.
Bien abritée des vents dominants, la résidence a été aménagée pour une clientèle en quête de vacances tranquilles et sans soucis. Le CALME et le SILENCE de ces locations sont appréciés.
Vous bénéficierez d’infrastructures et de services destinés à vous rendre votre séjour toujours plus agréable.
Le lieu, est vert et arboré, il est particulièrement silencieux, les oliviers centenaires sont magnifiques ; ici, tout est mis en œuvre pour que ce calme soit respecté.
L’isolation phonique et thermique des appartements a été étudiée. Il est expressément demandé aux vacanciers la plus grande quiétude dans le jardin ou les parties communes.
