CALANQUE DE L'OUILLE The "Calanque de l'Ouille" offers you the rare environment for a relaxing stay by the sea. Let yourself be guided by the song of birds and forget the stress of everyday life. property, by its extent, protects you from the tourist turmoil and allows you to park your car safely. Nestled between two hills of the rocky coast forming the creek, it offers direct access to the beach it adjoins. Tented and hilly on 4 hectares, it offers from the top of its hill a 360 degree view of the vermeille coast, the vineyards of Collioure and the Pyrenees mountains dominated by the famous Mount Canigou. We are on site renting time; ask us to accompany you there. The rented space consists of an old house built in shale of the country which has been entirely renovated and arranged to offer you a modern and quality comfort: - On the ground floor: Kitchen in the American style entirely equipped with in particular: Oven Combined, Fridge, Dishwasher, Induction, Toaster, Filter and Nespresso coffee makers, Teapot, etc .... Round table for meals. Living room with sofa and armchairs - Large flat screen TV. Bathroom with large walk-in shower and washing machine. - At the first level. Room "Sea" attic and air-conditioned with double bed 160x200 - French window giving on balcony with sight on the sea. "Mountain" attic room with air conditioning and two single beds 90x200 - window overlooking the property, the vineyards and the mountain. Separate toilets with hand-washing On one level in front of the house, a vast natural terrace of more than 300 m2, overlooking the sea, just for you. Sit comfortably and enjoy the show! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Also enjoy the facilities available on the terrace: shaded outdoor dining area with plancha space. Several other relaxation areas, relaxing under the palm tree! Bring your children. They will appreciate just like you the direct access to the beach. Our pool is the sea! It is so close that you can enjoy it also in the morning and evening when the beach is still uncrowded. And to go to Collioure, no need to take your car, the coastal tourist trail takes you there from the beach in a quarter of an hour!

Response from the owner Votre qualificatif d’avis est certes spectaculaire mais injuste et déplacé. C’est pour éviter ce type de problème matériel arrivant dans un contexte douloureux que tous les sites recommandent de souscrire une assurance annulation. En effet, les conditions d’application du cas de force majeur ne sont que très rarement réunies et retenues par la jurisprudence, suite à de nombreux abus. Compatir à votre douleur est une chose qui ne nous a pas échappé ; la financer en est une autre qui n’est pas notre métier. Nous n’avons pas les ressources d’une Cie d’assurance. Nous appliquons simplement nos Conditions. Votre avis est aveugle et méchant. Nous aurions préféré qu’il en soit autrement entre nous et que l’on puisse vous compter dans le club de nos « guests » 5 étoiles ! Pierre & Christiane
