Description
Nous sommes situés à 3 km de Saint Amand de Coly, village classé avec son abbaye du XII, à une demi heure de Sarlat, "capitale" du Périgord Noir et de la vallée de la Dordogne et un quart d'heure des fameuses grottes de Lascaux.
Dans Coly, notre village, vous trouverez une épicerie, une auberge ainsi qu'un restaurant gastronomique.
Nichée sur la colline sur un terrain de 8 ha, mélange d'ancien et de contemporain, la maison a été entièrement rénovée dans le respect de l'architecture périgourdine tout en y ajoutant le confort actuel et une décoration personnalisée.
Depuis le salon vous avez une vue magnifique sur la vallée et un merveilleux coucher de soleil.
C'est un endroit calme et relaxant. Idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Labyrinthe de buis, mille coins pour faire des cabanes, des animaux tels que des ânes, ponette ou encore paon.
Un paradis pour les enfants !!
Nous avons aussi 2 chiennes mais qui nous sont fidèles.
La maison est très bien équipée
Au rez de chaussée, grande pièce de séjour. Cuisine américaine
A l'étage, 4 chambres (dont une traversante) 2 avec un lit en 160 et 140, 2 avec 2x2 lits en 90. Salle de bain principale avec baignoire d'angle et 2 vasques. Une 2e (dans la chambre parentale) avec douche et une vasque.
Un lit bébé & chaise haute sont à votre disposition.
La piscine est privée. Elle est mise en service début avril et est chauffée à partir de début juin jusqu'à début novembre (date de la mise en hivernage)
Le Périgord est très riche en activités culturelles et sportives.
Pendant la saison estivale, pour ceux qui aiment l'histoire, vous apprécierez les villages typiques, Sarlat, bien sûr, les visites de nombreux châteaux ou de grottes naturelles et peintes telles que Lascaux entre autres.
De belles balades en canoë sur la Dordogne ou la Vézère.
Nous ne sommes pas loin de la forêt. Fin aout début septembre, vous entendrez sans doute le brame des cerfs.
En hiver, peut être aurez vous la chance de croiser quelques animaux sauvages tels que chevreuils, biches, cerfs ou encore sangliers.
Dès que les températures rafraichissent, nous allumons un poêle central qui chauffe la pièce principale. Les chambres, quant à elles, sont équipées de convecteurs électriques.
Le forfait ménage par défaut pour les séjours d'une semaine est prédéfini.
Toutefois si vous souhaitez passer un week end, il sera de 80€. Avant de réserver, merci de prendre contact pour modifier le devis pour validation ultérieure. dans ce cas, les arrivées se font à partir de 18h le samedi et les départs le dimanche avant 18h
