La Maison au Romarin is a more than 200year old farm in the department Aveyron. In the renovated private house our parents enjoy the 4seasons of the south of France. The barn is converted into my home and that of my kids. Together with my sister we run a mini camping, a camp site on farmland with room for a few tents, our safari tents and the gîte which is situated in the barn. We have an astonishing panorama of mountains and valleys, farmlands and a lake. The lake is our private lake where our guests can swim and fish. The lake is surrounded with fruit-trees of which we use the fruit for our home-made jam, compote, cake-stuffing and eau-de-vie. You can enjoy the French hospitality and nature. Whether you sit and read in a cosy corner in the garden or have fun in the lake, whether you will explore the country-site on your own or volunteer our field trips or picnics, it’s entirely up to you. In a nutshell: carefree and awfully luxuriously camping.

And what about our Safari tents? Our tents are terraced with a 3m x 6,5m veranda. The tents are provided with all comfort so you can camp as relaxed as possible:

• a lounge set

• a solid dining table and bench and 3 chairs

• a luxurious kitchen with a cooker, a fridge – top freezer,

coffee-machine, toaster, tea-towel, etc.

Further details: the tents are equipped with electricity, style lighting and a stove for the chilly evenings & mornings.

At the back of the tent are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a four-poster double bed and 1 with 2 bunk-beds incl. linen and towels. At arrival your bed is made and you just need to unpack your suitcase.

In short carefree and awfully luxuriously camping.
