Self contained holiday apartment. Stunning setting! 2 minutes walk from historic and picturesque Cong Village (river location between Loughs Corrib and Mask). Gateway to Joyce Country/ Connemara (includes beautiful beaches). 40 minutes from Galway city
Contains good size bedroom (with 2 double beds). Generous living area with comfortable sofa bed.
Layout as per photographs has all mod cons. Car parking with storage for bikes etc.
Local activities include extensive forest and hill walks, fishing, cycling (mountain and road), equestrian. Boat hire and guided fishing can be arranged.
Shop. Pubs, Cafes, Restaurants 300m.

“Getaway”
Stay in this compact and comfortable one bedroom apartment in Cong. A 2 minute walk from the village centre with a peaceful quiet view on the deck . Both Richard and Linda were great, there if needed but left you to get on with your plans. A great base for touring and sightseeing or just chilling.

“Staycation in Cong”
Superb, modern, bright and spacious accommodation, very private. Great location, Cong village is so picturesque and has superb restaurants, bars and shops, also great woodland walks. Our hosts (Richard, Linda, Jack and Oscar) were fantastic and made us all feel so welcome. So many possible day trips, Dogs Bay, Old Head beach, Lake Mask, Lake Corrib, the mountains, Kylemore Abbey, Westport, Galway etc etc etc

“A home from home - Cosy, comfortable and private”
We had a fabulous 2 week stay at Richard's and Linda's accommodation in Croinilaun, Cong. The apartment felt like a home from home and was very spacious and well laid out and was perfect for a busy 6 year old. We had a private balcony overlooking a beautiful wooded area which made it feel like we were living in a forest. The location was perfect for us and was a great base for us to explore Mayo and Galway. The charming village of Cong was amazing and had beautiful nature walks. We would highly recommend Croinilaun. Richard and Linda were fabulous hosts and were on hand if we required anything at all, which we didn't because the apartment had everything you could possibly need. We can't recommend this place enough.

“Comfortable stay in Cong”
Location was excellent for a short walk into the beautiful town of Cong. The apartment ticked all the boxes roomy, comfortable and quiet. Richard and Linda are superb hosts will definitely stay again.

“Great accommodation”
We'd a lovely week staying in Croiniluan with the dog. Richard and family were warm and welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed. We can't recommend it highly enough.

“Comfortable,cosy accommodation.”
Cosy ,comfortable accommodation.Very Scandinavian feel,with lovely light wood and lots of light.Perfect base for our visit to Quiet Man village. Basic but adequate facilities,a microwave would have been good,but we ate out mainly so that was a minor issue.Richard was lovely and welcoming, as were all the people we met in Cong .Thoroughly enjoyed our visit,would definitely go back.
