Description

This charming penthouse in the very center of Cortina d'Ampezzo is full of light and has a wonderful view on the Dolomiti mountains, embracing an incredible landscape. The light and the sun fill the apartment from dawn to sunset, giving it a wonderful warmth. This warmth is created also by the parquet wooden floor in the living room, the boiserie on the walls.
This penthouse of 100 sqm has a comfortable living room full of light, wooden floor and a dining table sitting 14 persons, sofas sitting 4 persons and two armchairs. The living room, as well as two bedrooms, open on a wonderful terrace of 11 sqm overlooking the whole valley. The third bedroom and the kitchen open on a smaller terrace, which looks on the famous Cristallo mountain, which glows red at the sunset. The kithchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, and a 4 burner gas stove, a microwave, a dishwasher (new) and a washing machine.
There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size double bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds (new mattress 190 x 90 centimeters). The third bedroom has a single bed (new mattress 90x200) and a fold-out bed, and an attached bathroom with shower. The main bathroom offers a bathtub, to enjoy a wonderful hot bath after skiing. It is all very cosy.
There is a parking place in the garage, and another parking place in the garden. In the cellar there is a cupboard for the ski-equipment.
