Description

Suite spread over 2 levels: living room and cooking area at the 1st floor, double room and bathroom with shower at the 2nd. A sofa bed in the living room can be a second-best solution for a third person. The apartment and his balcony are facing south-east. Cosy and romantic, perfect for the stay of a couple. The sunny and quiet location make it a good choice for a relaxing holiday away from the traffic. Cooking area equipped with 4 ring cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, pots and dishes. 32" flat TV in the living room, bathroom equipped with hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi via fiber optic (FTTC). The suite has bed linens, bathroom and kitchen towels. In the garage there are a covered place for bikes/ski/ski boots, washing maschine and dryer. Water, power, cooking gas, internet access, bed linens, bathroom/kitchen towels, cleaning and one parking space included. The heating is not included and costs €2/hour. My guests use on average 3 hours heating a day. Pet fee €30 per pet. Tourist tax €2/night per person. It is not due for each night exceeding the 5th of the stay. It does not apply to children under 12 years of age. Socket for electric car charge: EUR 0,40 per KWh. In case of reservation for 2 persons, linen for the sofa bed are not included and costs €30 (one-time). Sorry credit cards not accepted. Check-in: from 5 to 9 PM. Check-out no later than 10 AM. Regardless of length of stay, no change of bath/kitchen towels or bed linens will be provided, following Ordinance 19/3/2014, n. 6501 of Corte di Cassazione (Court of Appeal).
