“Cute little two story cabin” This is a cute little two story cabin. It is furnished very well. It is a little confusing finding it as it is in a small subdivision nesseled in the mountains. For 8 people it is a bit tight. Everything worked fine and it was very, very clean. For the price it is by all means excellent. Owner was very quick to respond to questions that I sent him when inquiring about the property. I will definitely return if and when I have another trip to this area assuming there is six or less in my party.

“Beautiful cabin” We absolutely loved our stay. Cabin and property very well well maintained. Very peaceful and enjoyable! Only 10 minutes from the main shopping and event areas! I would definitely recommend this Cabin!

“Convenient location; excellent value” Cabins are located just outside of the Gatlinburg strip, making it a very easy drive. There isn't much of a view, unless you're the type that enjoys being in the woods, but I wasn't there for sight-seeing. At under $400 for a three-day visit, the cabin served its purpose. It was mostly clean, but could have been better, and some things in the kitchen and bathroom could use updating. The cabins are stocked with cups and plates, and even some dish soap, among other small amenities, making meals (and leftovers) easier to prepare. The jacuzzi tub takes forever to fill, so be warned: start with hotter water than you think you'll want. My only actual complaint was that we got a cabin without a level parking area. All the other cabins seemed to have better parking. The area is quite hilly, and I drive a manual-transmission vehicle, so I had to back a wheel over a small, rounded curb every time. Overall, I was very satisfied during our stay, and would recommend this for someone who'd prefer a cabin over a mid-grade hotel.

“Nice Stay” I enjoyed my stay. It was a clean cabin and very comfortable. I could've just stayed inside of it and not done anything all weekend haha. Not to far from gatlinburg and some nice trails. My fiancée and I absolutely loved it. Will stay again!

“Beautiful Cabin!” The cabin was beautiful and surrounded by nature. It was close enough to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg to see all the sights. But it was also far enough away to be able to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

“Week long stay” Our family stayed in this unit for a week during our older 2 children's national dance competition. The condo was clean and perfect size for our family, plenty of sleeping space. It is located close to the pool and playground areas and was only a 10 minute drive to our venue and The Island (depending on traffic - it is only 2 lights away). The complex is quiet. We had been unable to locate sheets for the pull out, but upon mentioning to the owner we had a brand new set delivered within the hour. Owner is very good with communication.

“Spacious and quiet” I have never rented a cabin before so I do not have a reference point. I have an extended family visiting us and hotel rooms just did not seem feasible for us. The owner, Jim, was very easy to deal with - answered the phone immediately and explained everything to me how the cabin rental worked. We had a small dog so pet friendly was a big plus. Cabin itself is on a very quiet street. It was a little scary driving at night up the road since it was one way road leading up to the cabin and it was a little narrow. The cabin was very close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge (I think less that 10-15 minutes drive with no traffic). One thing that sucked (and it really was not a negative towards the cabin itself) was very poor cellular coverage once at the cabin (may be it was just my provider - Tmobile, but, thankfully, the owners provide access to both cable TV and internet so WiFi calling was working as expected for Tmobile). Cabin had no steps (a big plus) and everything inside was provided (linens, plates, silverware, trash bags, roll of paper towels and toilet tissue) - we liked everything about the cabin except one (may be minor) annoyance - the grout between the floor tiles could use some (ok, a lot of) scrubbing. We did not try the hot tub, but it seemed to be very clean and ready. I was ok with pet charge ($25 for the whole stay), but cleaning charge should be incorporated a little differently. We were charged a flat fee of $70 for cleaning and it seems that this fee is the same regardless of the stay length. I would like to see this fee somehow incorporated into the nightly rates themselves - it may be the same price at the end for the customer, but seeing that fee was a little irritating to say at least. Overall, I think we will definitely consider this cabin again upon our return to visit Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

“Unbelievable Breathtaking Views” We arrived at night and never expected what we woke up to. We slept in the first day of our arrival, at least until the sun came up from above the mountains. Wow, wow, wow. I have never experienced the Smokey mountains in this manner. For as far as your eyes could see, mountain terrain, clouds and the city below were all in view. We visited places like Dixie Stampede, Cades Cove, Wonderworks and Old Mill District. All were within 30 minutes of the cabin. Our GPS took us to every location from the cabin with easy, not to mention all the extra views we were able to view on the drive to Cades Cove. The cabin was stocked with extra towels, blankets and pillows. Not to mention all the silverware, dishes and cooking utensils needed. It also had lots of games for entertaining the family, which we did not have much time for. The parking at the cabin was ample and the roads leading to the cabin were wide enough for 2 lanes. I highly recommend this cabin and can't wait to return in the next few years.

Our stay was just what the doctor ordered and we loved every minute of it! “Sad to Leave” Vacationing with my husband and my parents, we wanted to stay together while having our own private spaces. This cabin fit perfectly. The cabin can comfortably sleeps six, but 4 or less is ideal. The upstairs loft was adorable and my parents chose to stay up there because they thought it would be fun. It had twin beds, so not the most romantic of arrangements...but still fun and unique. The master bedroom was nice. The bed was a little on the soft side for my liking...but that's just me. We kept so busy during the week, I still managed to sleep like a baby the whole trip. The hot tub was always nice and hot and I loved sitting in there at night listening to the sounds and enjoying the view. The shower was a bit of an experience, but nothing I couldn't adapt to. It's a little on the small side, so I recommend making sure the water is to your liking before stepping in, lol. I loved the kitchen, it was wonderful having a full sized fridge, a microwave, toaster, small stove and dish washer. We went grocery shopping upon arriving in town, which saved us a lot of money by not eating out all the time. The biggest draw of all was the washer/dryer. Knowing we could do laundry allowed us to minimize our luggage as well. Over the course of six nights, we fell in love with this cabin and did not want to leave. Our last morning was spent running around, taking pictures of every last nook and cranny...preserving every memory we could. I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else whenever we visit Pigeon Forge from now on. In a moment, Trip Advisor is going to as me if I would recommend this vacation rental to a friend... not only will I, I haven't shut up about it. I can't stop telling my friends about it. :)
