Located in fabulous Daytona Beach, Florida, the Ocean Walk Resort features two outdoor and two indoor swimming pools, lazy river, water slide, spa, game room, fitness center, mini golf course and more! With an ideal beachfront location close to all the action, full modern amenities and plenty of activities for both families and couples, the resort is within easy walking distance to numerous opportunities for shopping, dining, the pier, entertainment and nightlife.Important information:Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in, and photo identification must match the name on reservation. Security Deposit of $250 due upon check-in and will be released upon check-out.For all reservations at the resort, there is a mandatory resort fee of $80.00 per reservation. This fee, determined by property owners associations at the resort, will be collected during the check-in process.Complimentary parking is available for one vehicle per unit in our garages. Additional vehicles have the option to park across the street at the Ocean Walk Village Garage, which is connected to the resort via an overhead covered walkway, subject to a fee.This is a Wyndham Timeshare resort all sale presentation's are optional.

Very nice resort. Room was spacious for 5. Laundry in room was a plus. Easy beach access with nice pools on site. Restaurants very close.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
