Many travelers want to savor a luxury villa holiday, but they also want to enjoy the same sort of services and privileges that come with a visit to a resort. This is not often a combination that is readily available, and it is why the Villa Pelican House is such a delightful find. Part of the Blue Waters resort in Antigua, it is steps from the waters of Soldier Bay but provides guests with all that a villa entails in addition to resort privileges.
These privileges include concierge service, access to all of the resort's water sports, including motor and non-motor vessels, three restaurants, three pools, tennis courts, entertainment, and the fitness center. However, the villa is also self-contained, making it possible for guests to enjoy every moment of their stay within the grounds of their three-bedroom villa.
To describe it as stunning is an understatement, and the two-story villa offers clean lines and a stunning range of outdoor, indoor, shared and private spaces. The pool terrace is a favorite gathering place thanks to its free-form shape, stone terrace with sun beds and location just steps from the beach. The terrace is backed by the shared and private terrace areas. There are outdoor living rooms and dining spots here, and the main terrace opens into the great room.
This is a space with high ceilings meant to allow those delicious breezes to head inside. There is a beautifully and casually decorated living room, formal dining room just a few steps up, and the elegant and fully-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are divided between the floors, with two upstairs and one on the main level. They each have terraces, private baths and king beds.

Upon arrival, Pelican House guests will be issued a mobile phone to place calls to the concierge, food & beverage operations and the management team, so no matter where you are in the resort, you'll only be one phone call away from added luxury.
The rental rates include : Welcome upon arrival at the airport, a villa orientation, housekeeping and turn-down service 7 days per week, pool technician and gardener regularly, villa manager and concierge service on site and on call, utilities (water, electricity, BBQ gas / charcoal , WiFi internet coverage) and 22.5% tax & service.
