Description
10 Oceanview is a comfortable 4 bedroom house located walking distance (10 minutes) from the centre of the seaside village of Downings, Co. Donegal.
We have free WiFi in the property for guest to use.
There is a large kitchen/ living room with an open fireplace.
The kitchen is well equipped with cooker/ microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso maker etc.
In the utility room there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are four large bedrooms, two doubles and two twin single rooms. There are two children's cots, one upstairs and one downstairs.
There are two toilets with a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs.
In July and August bookings are for one full week only (Saturday change over) - the rest of the year shorter stays will be considered - minimum 3 nights.

“10 Ocean Drive Downings”
Great house in a fantastic location with an amazing view from the terrace over Downings bay and Rosapenna golf course. The house was brilliant, very spacious with everything we needed for family of 5. Downings Main Street is a short 5mins walk which has plenty of choice in terms of eating in, take away or the simple pleasure of a pint. The location is also a fantastic base to go explore beyond Downings and would recommend a visit to Dunfanaghy, Ards Forest, Marble Hill Beech, Murder Hole Bay however half the craic is finding new places each time as around every corner and cove this magical part of the world presents another gem!

Good location, with a great view over the bay and about a 5 minute walk down into the town centre. We would definitely stay again.

“Perfect family cottage”
We really enjoyed our stay in this fantastic cottage close to the beach and village. Fully equipped with everything needed for the perfect Donegal stay. Beautiful views of the coast. We will definitely stay here again.
