“Perfect location and apartment” Prior to finding this apartment, I was looking for hotels that catered for families, were modern and had at least a refrigerator. There wasn't a single hotel that met my requirements in the city of Dublin. My next option was to look for an apartment. 116 Grafton St ticked all the boxes: a central location (it's just over the road from the main entrance to Trinity College!), living space, kitchen and two bedrooms. This was the perfect place for our family of 4 - two adults and two kids aged 7 and 9 (my 9 year old liked the size of the living space, TV and WiFi). We walked all over the South side of the river as far as Dublin Castle to the west, the museums to the east and St Stephens Green in the south. We also walked easily to shopping centres on the north side. But I knew the location was good. My major concern was how to meet the owner Sally and get the keys. This ended up being much easier than I anticipated as she was easily contactable by phone and email leading up to and on the day. We gave her a time and she was there waiting on the street for us. Conveniently, we hired a car from Europcar which we picked up at the airport earlier and dropped off in the city depot about 5 minutes walk away. I should also mention the lack of noise. Even though the apartment is on a busy street, the bedrooms are at the back away from the road, so there was no noise when trying to sleep. If there was any negative it would be that the bathrooms were a little small (but that is negligible when considering everything else. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay. I can't recommend it more highly.

Ideal location for a relaxing time, just wish we lived in Ireland to visit more often. Friend has already booked this unit as a base for golfing holiday in 2014

“Home away from home!” A great big thanks to Simon for making our stay so comfortable! It was a pleasure meeting you and having someone so professional to deal with. Everyone loved the house - especially the kitchen! Being Irish we tend to hang out there quite a bit - chatting & lots of cups of tea. Mom is still talking about it! The welcome package of soda bread, scones & jam etc were well apprecated. I've passed info on to friends planning trips to Dublin and also mentioned your Glasnevin property (BTW the changes look great). Hope to get back to Dublin real soon and will definetly be getting in touch Simon. Thanks again for everything.

Stylish 2BDM with balcony in Historic Dublin near Temple Bar

Designer Apartment, 5 mins from Grafton Street
It made my stay in Dublin truly amazing.

The location was the best - walking distance to Grafton Street, Temple Bar and the Lifey River. The buses to take you anywhere in the city, stopped just outside the property making it very convenient. The breakfast and lunch bars around the property were great. The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the team of Simon, Vicky and Fabi combined to make this a five out of 5 star stay in Dublin. They were always available and helpful. Thanks for the best vacation.see more
Bringing Friends together - Old Essmore Cottage -Carlingford Lough
Apre Wedding

Can’t say enough about Essmore Cottage. Wish that our stay could have been longer. Although we are out and ordered in, the home was equipped with everything that we needed. The hospitality and generosity of Gerard was unlike anything that my husband and I had experienced and we have used quite a number of home rental vacation accommodations. Again wish that we had had more time and Carlingford was GRAND!! Liz OBriensee more
Smithfield Market opposite Jameson Whiskey Tower 1 Bedroom
Excellent Location

Smithfield Market is a fantastic location from which to base a stay in Dublin. The entire city feels accessible on foot (but there is a LUAS train station literally across the street if that is more one's style). Michael met us on site to highlight some of the areas and attractions (and pubs!) that he thought would be of interest. My wife and I really appreciated the time he took to make sure we had everything we needed. The Jameson distillery is across the market square, a grocery shop and movie theatre are a stone's throw away, and the Cobblestone pub is close enough to wander back from even after a few pints. Had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend!see more
Ballykeeffe Farmhouse Kilkenny
Lovely Large Farmhouse

This farmhouse is located just outside of the quaint Irish town of Kilkenny. Because my family arrived after dark, the house was hard to locate using our Satilite Navigation. We called Brigid and the phone call was answered right away. When she heard that we were having difficulties finding the house, she walked to the edge of the road and guided us verbally to the location using landmarks. We found the farmhouse to be beautiful and extremely well cared for. Brigid provided freshly-baked, delicious scones, jam,and tea for our breakfast. She also left music playing on the CD player so the house would immediately feel welcoming. The farmhouse was immense. My family had a wonderful time exploring all the charming rooms. The three bathrooms were very convenient for my large family. All the beds were comfortable and I have rarely slept more soundly than while here. The kitchen was my favorite room of all.I found the kitchen to be well-stocked with common spices and condiments. The pots and pans were plentiful. The bonus kitchen/laundry room was a plus. The laundry machines performed their task wonderfully. The microwave worked perfectly to reheat leftovers. The courtyard was thoughtfully decorated with country charm. I wish we coud have spent more time in this area during our stay. The patio table and chairs were a nice touch. My family and I enjoyed watching the cows graze in a nearby pasture. Brigid was a friendly and caring hostess. She welcomed us during our first morning and answered all of our questions about a visit to Kilkenny. I would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling through Ireland. This farmhouse is a treat to the senses!see more
