This apartment is a 2-floor maisonette with 1 bathroom and 1 wc , kitchen and two bedrooms. Offers 2 terraces with magnificent sea view. On the 1st floor there is a specious living room, kitchen and wc. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The magnificent sea view from the terrace overlooking Drionisi ,Naxos, Iraklia, Ios and Sikinos islands offers the ideal getaway for unforgettable vacations to the most beautiful spot of the island of Paros.
The maisonette offers panoramic view from the balconies of the bedrooms in order to enjoy the stunning scenery.
Set just off the beach, these apartments and maisonette are built in the traditional style of Paros island. At the Blue and Sea maisonette you can enjoy a peaceful setting just 30 meters from the Beach.
Just 1 km from the Blue and Sea you will find Chrysi Akti (Golden Beach) - famous for its wide sands and wind surfing. The nearest seaside resort, Naousa, is 15 km away. Frequent and convenient bus services run to the port of Paroikia, 25 km from the property.
