An award winning Heritage property. This fabulous barn conversion is a couples retreat. Situated in the countryside with an ancient 13th century abbey to the rear, 9 miles from Drogheda and 45 minutes from Dublin City. Beautifully restored it won a heritage conservation award from AN Taisce - The National Trust for Ireland. Its stone features throughout, inviting woodburning stove, loft style bedroom and a kitchen with hob and combi oven is all so charming. The TV doesn't get channels however there is a DVD player and ample DVD's are provided in addition to free Wi-Fi internet access.Shop 3 miles. Pub 176 yards. Restaurant 3 miles. Beach 12 miles. GF: lounge/kitchen/diner, shower room. FF: gallery/loft bedroom with double.Electricity included , wood burner with starter pack, linen and towels included, No Smoking, music centre, dvd player, fridge with small ice box, w/machine, dryer, electric heaters, internet access, welcome pack, partially enclosed shared garden, garden furniture, bbq, shared driveway, off road parking. Sorry no pets.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
