FEATURES: Oceanfront and oceanside condominium complex. Offering 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with oceanfront, oceanside and ocean view units. Swimming pool, tennis courts, park grills, outside showers. Most units have in-room jacuzzi and wireless high speed Internet access. Two parking spaces per unit. Buildings 1, 3 and 5 are front peg lots, closer to the ocean. Buildings 2 and 4 are back oceanfront “peg” lots. Buildings 6, 7 and 8 are second row. No pets.

Dishwasher, washer/dryer, Keurig coffee maker, 3 flat screen cable TVs (Smart TV in living area), wireless high speed Internet access, iHome portable stereo (Bluetooth/wireless/MP3 compatible), universal stereo system, whirlpool tub in master bath, LED fireplace with remote control, ceiling fans. “Horrible Place to Stay”
No Sound barrier to keep from hearing the people upstairs. Children running 24 hours a day. NO FUN!!

“Loved it!”
My husband and I loved our stay at this location! The location is super close to the beach as well as the area pool. Its a great place to take a small family!

“Obx week”
The property was below average in terms of maintenance, supply of kitchen utencils, etc. The plumbing was awful, too old, broke a lot.

This was repaired during yoru stay and thankfully, I don't have any indication that there has been further issue or concern with it. “Close & easy access to the beach.”
