FEATURES: Oceanfront and oceanside condominium complex. Offering 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with oceanfront, oceanside and ocean view units. Swimming pool, tennis courts, park grills, outside showers. Most units have in-room jacuzzi and wireless high speed Internet access. Two parking spaces per unit. Buildings 1, 3 and 5 are front peg lots, closer to the ocean. Buildings 2 and 4 are back oceanfront “peg” lots. Buildings 6, 7 and 8 are second row. No pets.
2 BR, 2 B. Q * B (Doubles) * QSS. Island Club linen service with beds made. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 cable TVs (flat screen in living area), 2 DVD players, wireless high speed Internet access, wet bar, jacuzzi in master bath, ceiling fans. Deck with porch furniture. Closest building to beach. Spectacular panoramic ocean view. Available year 'round. No smoking. No pets. *Fireplace not available for guest use.
This beautiful oceanfront condo rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.

I did see that you spoke with one of our guest services representatives upon checking out, and I am pleased to let you know that we did inspect the property and found no bugs present. As a precaution, we did treat the condo and since your stay we have had three other guests stay there, none of whom reported an encounter with fleas or any other kind of bug. Again, thank you for bringing this to our attention so we could take steps to prevent an infestation.

I am sorry to hear of the confusion with the linen service. Because Pier Pointe 1 A 3 offers the convenience of having your beds already made when you arrive, a bag isn't left. When beds are made, we don't ask that you strip them at the end of your stay because the linen company will do this for you so there is no need for the bag.
