FEATURES: Oceanfront and oceanside condominium complex. Offering 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with oceanfront, oceanside and ocean view units. Swimming pool, tennis courts, park grills, outside showers. Most units have in-room jacuzzi and wireless high speed Internet access. Two parking spaces per unit. Buildings 1, 3 and 5 are front peg lots, closer to the ocean. Buildings 2 and 4 are back oceanfront “peg” lots. Buildings 6, 7 and 8 are second row. No pets.
2 BR, 2 B. K * 2S. Island Club linen service with beds made and No Worries Topper Sheets. King is a Select Comfort Sleep Number bed with dual control mattresses. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 flat screen cable TVs with DVD players, Roku streaming on LR TV, wireless high speed Internet access, wet bar, whirlpool tub in master bath, ceiling fans. Keurig and regular coffee makers. Puzzles, DVDs, games, books and beach toys provided. Decks with porch furniture including rocking chairs. First floor, oceanfront with ocean view. Easy access to bike path. No smoking. No pets. *Fireplace not available for guest use.
