Security gate access, outdoor swimming pool, kiddie pool, outdoor grills, lighted tennis courts, outside showers. All units have wireless high speed Internet access. Clubhouse available for rental. Two parking spaces per unit. No pets.
3 BR, 2 B. K * Q * D. Island Club linen service with beds made. Clean, bright, fun beach themed interior. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, solid surface countertops, separate serving area. 55” flat screen TV in family room, 32” flat screen in each bedroom, high definition cable in living room and bedrooms, Sony Blu-ray disc player, wireless high speed Internet access, ceiling fans. Third floor unit with short, easy walk to both indoor/outdoor pools and beach access. Close to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Weekly only Sunday to Sunday. Available year-round. No smoking. No pets.
This 3rd row condo rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.
