FEATURES:Oceanfront and oceanside condominiums. Convenient beach access, outside shower, outdoor pools with changing rooms, tennis courts, basketball goal, elevators in A, D, & E buildings, washers/dryers by pool between B & C, outdoor grills. Two parking spaces per unit. No boats or trailers. No pets.
3 BR, 2 1/2 B. Q * D * 2S. Island Club linen service with beds made and No Worries Topper Sheets. Dishwasher, 3 flat screen TVs including large flat screen in living area, 3 DVD players, wireless high speed Internet access. Private balcony overlooking the ocean. Great oceanfront view. End unit has additional large windows. Easy access to adjacent boardwalk to beach. Weekly only in-season; three night minimum off-season. Available year-round. No smoking. No pets.
The tennis courts are currently under repair by the HOA with no ETA for a completion date, at this time.
At this time the pool area is closed until further notice based on the requirements of the governor’s executive order and the state interim guidelines for the reopening of public pools in North Carolina.
Additional amenities include: gold rating, internet provided, sunday turn day, topper sheet no worries bedding

“A well funished, roomy oceanfront 3 br. condo”
We have stayed in this condo for at least four years and always find it in tip top condition with all ammenities. An incredible oceanfront condo in a well maintained, quiet, family oriented complex.
