FEATURES:Oceanfront and oceanside condominiums. Convenient beach access, outside shower, outdoor pools with changing rooms, tennis courts, basketball goal, elevators in A, D, & E buildings, washers/dryers by pool between B & C, outdoor grills. Two parking spaces per unit. No boats or trailers. No pets.
2 BR, 2 B. Q * 2B * DSS. Island Club linens provided. Dishwasher, 2 cable TVs, DVD player, wireless high speed Internet access, private balcony with porch furniture. Coin-operated washer/dryer on premises. Ocean view. Available year ‘round. No smoking. No pets. * No landline provided.
The tennis courts are currently under repair by the HOA with no ETA for a completion date, at this time.
At this time the pool area is closed until further notice based on the requirements of the governor’s executive order and the state interim guidelines for the reopening of public pools in North Carolina.
This almost oceanfront condo rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.
