This beautiful, 6,350 sq. ft. spacious home features windows galore throughout, capturing amazing views of the Atlantic ocean. Professionally decorated in a bright, tropical décor. All BRs have private baths (4 with whirlpool tubs), 5 are master suites (1 with Tempur-Pedic bed) including a penthouse master suite occupying the entire fourth floor. Oceanfront swimming pool and hot tub with poolside tiki bar\summer kitchen with mini refrigerator, icemaker and private outdoor bath. Heated pool is available for an additional $600 per week (operable only when air temperature is above 60°). Elevator to third floor. Family game/TV room on lower level features a large flat screen TV, pool table and kitchenette with full-size refrigerator. Foosball table in children’s bunk BR. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers 2 refrigerators, 3 dishwashers, ice maker and wine cooler. Washer/dryer, 11 flat screen cable TVs including 2 widescreen TVs with surround sound, 4 DVD players, 2 indoor and 1 outdoor stereo systems, gas fireplace, ceiling fans throughout. Orbi whole home mesh wireless network. Covered and open decks with ample seating including porch rockers, 2 picnic tables and gas grill. Enclosed hot/cold outside shower, garage. Weekly only. every room is well furnished, the kitchen is well stocked with every pot, pan, utensil, the elevator was great when bringing in luggage and groceries, load it on the garage level, send it to the floor… More
