Luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bath Oceanfront Cottage with beautiful Ocean views and an oceanfront HOT TUB. K *K* Q* Bunk (Double-down and Single-up),S. Professionally decorated and designed. Totally renovated in 2020! Luxury kitchen and baths designed with exquisite materials and quality. Large kitchen with high top table for extra seating, farm sink, stainless steel appliances dishwasher, microwave, spacious french door refrigerator, gas range with copper hood and coffee & wine bar. Great room with plenty of comfortable seating, modern sleek fireplace with light effects, Frame-TV and a dining table that seats up to 8. Master bedroom with spa like bath including a free-standing tub and oversized tiled shower, double sinks and access to oceanfront deck. Second master suite with walk in shower. The 2 other bedrooms share a bath with double sinks. Washer and Dryer located in hall closet. This cottage is all on one level- perfect for all members of the family. Easy access to the grand deck with hot tub, enclosed hot and cold outside shower, gas grill and covered and open areas. This furnished deck features an outdoor rope sofa swing, comfortable lounge chairs, outdoor sofa(s) and dining table. Private boardwalk from deck to the beach. 6 TV’s and WIFI. Pet Friendly with a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Linens provided with weekly rentals with beds made. Rents Sunday to Sunday. NO SMOKING.

“Wonderful Family Vacation”
I had the most wonderful vacation at the Contentment House. I had plenty of space for 10 people and the island itself is beautiful. I will definitely be renting the Contentment again.

“Fabulous location”
This cozy little house sits right on the beach. Great porch with plenty of chairs to view the ocean day and night. The house could use a few upgrades, but overall it met our needs.
