Washer/dryer, 2 dishwashers, 4 wifi enabled TVs (2 large screen), HBO, 2 Blu-ray DVD players, stereo system, free unlimited long distance, answering machine, wireless high speed Internet access, ceiling fans throughout. Second living area downstairs with kitchenette and large screen HDTV with DVR. Beautifully furnished. Spacious MBR upstairs with walk-in closet. Large furnished upper and lower decks, park-style charcoal grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, garage, easy beach access. Situated on a high dune with ocean views from covered and open decks. Weekly only in summer. No smoking. No pets. 5804 Ocean Drive.
This almost oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.

“A Wonderful location”
This is an excellent place. Even thought it's 2nd row it is well equipped and a few steps from the beach. It's the reason we have stayed in this house for 20+ years.

“Vacation great, cottage dissapointing.”
Cottage needs maintenance. The master bath did not drain, water leak in great room, overall condition needs to be addressed.

Response from the manager As of March 2011: The homeowner has replaced the upstairs A/C unit! ---------------------- Your Response - Aug 4, 2010 Thank you for your review. Our maintenance department is working on the air vent which was dripping water. I'm going to also report the other issues which you experienced. The drain in the master bath certainly could have been taken care of during your stay. Please let us know when you experience an issue such as this so we can fix it for you. I'm happy you had a great vacation on beautiful Emerald Isle and hope you'll choose Emerald Isle Realty again, when planning your next vacation.
