Duplex, 4 BR, 3 B. Oceanfront 16’ x 33’ swimming pool (shared); separate hot tub on each side. Outdoor bar with sink and electrical outlets. All BRs have ocean views. Free unlimited long distance in the US and Canada. Washer/dryer, 5 cable TVs, HBO, wireless high speed Internet access, ceiling fans throughout. Reverse floor plan. Large deck with porch furniture and gating system, gas grill, garage, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. No smoking. Dogs allowed with $125 non-refundable fee for first pet, $25 fee for each additional pet. 5311 Ocean Drive.

I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment in the cleanliness of this property and of your concern over the maintenance of the hot tub. Our maintenance records do indicate that regular cleanings of the hot tub were performed during your stay, as well as an additional one at your request. I'm sorry that you weren't comfortable with the job which was done. All Emerald Isle Realty personnel who clean and maintain pools and hot tubs are trained and certified to do so. Again, I am sorry you were not satisfied with the service you received. Thank you again for your feedback.
