Duplex, West side only. 4 BR, 4 B. K * K * Q * Q, S * 2S. Island Club linen service with beds made and No Worries Comforters . 14’ x 30’ oceanfront swimming pool with hot/cold shower. Heated pool is available for an additional $400 per week (operable only when air temperature is above 60 degrees). Three oceanfront BRs including 2 master suites with private bath and whirlpool tub. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 refrigerators, wireless high speed Internet access, answering machine, free unlimited long distance in the US, ceiling fans throughout, bottled water service. Ceramic tile flooring in living area and baths. Main living area includes large HD flat screen with NetFlix, ROKU 3. All bedrooms have large flat screen TVs and DVDs. Satellite television is provided on all TVs. Well stocked kitchen with quartz countertops. Walk to Emerald Plantation for groceries and shopping. Unusually spacious (2,600 sq. ft). Enclosed entrance, covered and open decks with porch furniture on all levels, porch rockers, gas grill, picnic table, park grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Weekly only. Available year-round. No smoking. No pets. 8627 Ocean View Drive.

“Family time at beach”
We enjoyed our time together as a family on the beach. We like to prep and fix food for meals. Again this year the outside grill is not working, very disappointing.

Our maintenance records don't indicate that this has been reported so I did submit a request to have the grill inspected and replaced, if needed. “Great Place”
This was the best beach house we've ever stayed at. Clean, spacious, well appointed. Great view of the beach from all decks. Loved the master suite with the jacuzzi bath!
