We are pleased to know that you family has enjoyed several vacations at this home, but we are sorry for the discomfort you endured during your most recent stay. Unfortunately, air conditioning problems can come up during a much anticipated vacation as happened to you and your family. We and our homeowners make all efforts to expedite repairs/replacements which is why a new unit was installed during your stay. We are sorry for the inconvenience and to know that the portable air conditioners put in place were not adequate to achieve a comfortable temperature. We do hope that you will reconsider and return to Dreamweaver for another vacation, especially since you know a similar matter isn't likely since the air conditioning unit is new.

Most of our homes do maintain a pest control contract and schedule. From time to time, a property will need additional attention.
