“Slow ro No Requested Repairs but beautiful weather and comfortab”
Broken items Refrigerator problems This property had a long walk to the beach and is difficult for handicapped or elderly. Only fair to say that many of the properties are that way

I am sorry you were disappointed when you realized toilet paper nor trash bags are provided. These items, along with soaps, dish and laundry detergents, coffee filters, paper towels, etc., aren't provided at any of our rentals. We strive to inform each of guests of this verbally and its included in the rental agreement which is sent to you and returned to us with your signature. Thank you for your compliments of the service which we provide. I have forwarded them on to our maintenance department. I hope you will vacation with Emerald Isle Realty again. It was a nice place, but for the price, if there was something not right, one would have expected better service to fix it.

Response from the manager Thank you for your review of All Good West. My records indicate that you encountered a problem with the living room television. I do know that the problem was something which had to be corrected by Time Warner Cable and they weren't able to service this matter until the day after it was reported. I do apologize for the inconvenience. I also show that you requested a propane tank as the gas grill was out of propane. We did get this to you promptly, the same day which you requested it. I'm happy you enjoyed your stay at All Good West. It is a wonderful Oceanfront duplex. I hope you'll visit Emerald Isle again and will choose Emerald Isle Realty to assist in planning your vacation.
