Heated pool is available for an additional $350 per week (operable only when air temperature is above 60°). Six person hot tub. Four oceanfront master suites each with K, private bath and deck access; extra room with bunk beds; second oceanfront living area with wet bar and deck access; third living area with QSS, all with flat screen TVs and Blu-ray players. DVR in main living area. Fully furnished kitchen. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, wireless high speed Internet access, ceiling fans throughout, water softener, built-in hair dryers. Free unlimited long distance in the US and Canada. Decks furnished with rockers, porch swing, chaise lounges and picnic table. Gas grill, hot/cold outside shower with changing area, paved covered parking. Architecturally designed for spectacular views. Featured in the novel Blackbeard: The QAR Project. Weekly only. Available year-round. No smoking. Pets allowed with $250 non-refundable fee per pet per week (2 maximum, no cats). 2311 Ocean Drive.

I am sorry to hear of your disappointments. It is true that we do not heat pools until mid October because our climate stays warm enough to enjoy private pools through September and the beginning parts of October. Our records don't indicate that any of the other issues which you mention were reported to our office during your stay. We're happy to promptly remedy cleaning issues when you call us upon arrival to the property. Thank you again for your feedback.
