Duplex, 3 BR, 3 B. Island Club linens provided. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, water filter, 6 cable TVs, DVD player, wireless high speed Internet access, ceiling fans throughout. Large decks up and down with deck furniture, picnic table, porch swing, rockers, outside shower, ramp access to each side (not ADA approved). Weekly only. Small dogs allowed with $200 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum, absolutely no cats). 1601 Ocean Drive.
EAST: Q * Q * Q * Q * 2B (1 D down, S up). Kitchen features stainless appliances, double ovens, granite countertops, cabinets and icemaker.
WEST: Q * Q * Q * Q * 2S * DSS. 46” HDTV in living area, free long distance in the US, answering machine, 3 wall-mounted hair dryers. No smoking.

I am sorry to hear that you were bothered by bugs during your stay. Palmetto bugs and the like are prevalent in our area due to our dense vegetation, but our properties are treated regularly to keep such pests at bay. I'm happy we were able to schedule a spray of the property to alleviate the issue. I am sorry you were disatisfied with the level of customer service we provided. My notes indicate a houskeeping crew was dispatched to the property to clean up after the exterminator treated the property and we didn't have any complaints from you after this. Please let us know of such disappointments while you're here so we can work to rectify the issue. Thank you again for your feedback.
