Loft area with foosball table. Rec room on first level with pool table, wet bar and second refrigerator. 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, 2 washer/dryers, icemaker, granite countertops. 11 TVs with expanded cable including 1 46” LED/3D Blu-ray HD, 7 40” LCD/Blu-ray combos and 3 55” LED/3D Blu-ray HD. DVD players, electric fireplace, ceiling fans throughout. Orbi whole home mesh wireless network. Spacious, open reverse floor plan. Australian cypress hardwood flooring on all levels. Covered and open decks with porch furniture, gas grill, 2 enclosed hot/cold outside showers. Professionally landscaped. Weekly only. No smoking. No pets. 9261 Ocean Drive.

I am sorry to hear of the maintenance items you encountered during your stay, and I have followed up with our maintenance department to ensure each has been resolved. I also regret hearing that a member of your party was stuck in the elevator as I’m sure that was an alarming experience for that person as well as the rest of your group. Thankfully, a member of our maintenance team was able to get them out. We make every effort to have amenities of our homes in working order for your stay, but on occasion, such as that you described, reactive maintenance is needed and we work quickly to get someone to the home to assist you. Thank you again for your feedback. I am sorry to hear of your disappointment, and I understand your frustration when you were advised that the elevator would be inoperable for your stay. It is true that luxury amenities such as an elevator are not guaranteed. This is partly because the repairs of such items are not handled by general maintenance technicians but instead require companies and technicians who are licensed and specialize in such work. These companies or repairmen are not plentiful so repairs of elevators and other luxury amenities can take time. Most of our residential elevators are not ADA approved which is why they are considered a luxury amenity and we can't offer alternative accommodations. While I know it won't help in navigating a home throughout your stay, our staff is always happy to provide loading and unloading assistance when an elevator is not working. If you aren't offered this, and you should be, please request it and we will happily schedule it for you. As for other issues, I encourage you to speak with a member of our guest services team should you ever encounter a list of items that need our attention. We are always available and happy to help you enjoy a relaxing time on our beautiful island.
