Well-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 5 cable TVs with premium channels, Blu-ray DVD with Netflix streaming, Apple AirPort system with in-ceiling speakers, wireless high speed Internet access, ceiling fans throughout, water softener. Large, covered wrap-around porch with ocean views and plenty of outdoor seating including rockers, porch swing and 6’ sofa. Gas grill, picnic table, tiki bar, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Beautiful ocean views throughout the home. Fifth row with short walk to beach with easy access via neighborhood boardwalk that has no steps. No large parties. Weekly only. No smoking. No pets. 107 E. “Go Barefootin' Again”
Immaculate house! All the sofas and beds comfy. Well apptd kitchen. Only a 3 minute walk to beach:).
