New stainless appliances and granite countertops in kitchen. Wet bar with beverage refrigerator in living area. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 5 flat screen TVs, expanded digital cable, wireless high speed Internet access, ceiling fans. Spectacular large oceanside separate sundecks and street-side decks. Gas grill, picnic table, rockers, dune deck, covered porches, awesome views from all levels, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Convenient to Bogue Pier, shops and restaurants. Weekly only. No smoking. No pets. 7805 Ocean Drive.
This oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.

“Great Fun with Family and Friends”

No kitchen table, bedrooms are a great size, deck is not divided from the attached unit but it is a great size, outdoor shower is nice if you like to shower up on the deck with everyone right out side… More

We will certainly be checking the bedding out and will remedy the issue of the smell. I have also forwarded the maintenance items which you noted so these things can be checked out. As for the natural wildlife of our area, this is something at which we marvel and respect so I'm uncertain of what can be done.
