Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 7 cable TVs with premium channels (5 flat screens including large HDTV with surround sound system in great room), 7 DVD players, wireless high speed Internet access, free unlimited long distance, answering system, water softener and filtration system, ceiling fans throughout. Second refrigerator in utility room for fewer trips to the store. Ceramic tile throughout kitchen and great room. Two picnic tables (adult and children), large gas grill with extra propane tank, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Oceanfront covered and open lower deck; small oceanfront upper level deck off BR facing East; larger oceanfront open upper-level deck with rockers for spectacular viewing of sunrise/sunsets. Weekly only. No smoking. No pets. 3605 Ocean Drive.

“Excellent beach place”
owners planned well for beach property. Location on island is near shopping--Beachfront is good for children to play at low tide and there are plenty shells for the collector.
