Sand Castle Club linens provided with beds made and No Worries Comforters. Renovated for the 2020 season, this gem is situated high atop the sand dunes of Emerald Isle and features amazing ocean views from all three decks and private 22’ x 11’ swimming pool. Fantastic floor plan and décor with granite countertops, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 5 HD/LCD Roku TVs and wireless high-speed Internet access. Wary of too much sun? Enjoy the gorgeous view and gentle breeze of the ocean from the shade of the covered porches and let the party continue into the night with the sparkling overhead lights and poolside tiki bar on the pool deck. Upgraded outdoor furniture, gas grill, tables and enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Three levels with separate ground-level playroom offers a ping-pong table and easy access to the tiki bar and pool. Located in the oceanside Daisywood subdivision directly across from beach access and near Emerald Plantation shops and restaurants, including an ice cream shop and wine market. Walking distance to miniature golf and waterpark. Weekly only. Available year-round. No smoking. Pets allowed with $150 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum). 110 Janell Lane.
This almost oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.

So glad to hear you enjoyed the pool especially for cooling off in the afternoon after a lazy day on the beach. The homeowner has restocked the kitchen per your suggestions with plenty of additional items and has found the perfect new sofa. The old ones served them well and have been comfortable for vacationers over the years! Turtle Reef is on a regular pest control service but I'm sure the owner was hoping he could be more effective by responding to your unfortunate ant problem on his own instead of waiting for an exterminator. We are very sorry for your disappointment in our Guest Services team and we will be in touch with you to hear more about your stay and discuss how we may win you back you as a future guest of Turtle Reef and Emerald Isle Realty. It sounds as though your experience right from the beginning did not set the worry-free tone Emerald Isle Realty strives so hard to establish for all of our guests. Response from the manager Thank you for your review of your stay at Turtle Reef. The owner of this home does service the pool which is why he was there during your stay. The pool was cleaned mid-week and during that cleaning it was found that some maintenance was required so he returned the following day to take care of that. I am sorry that you were not informed that he would be coming to do this work. We do strive to maintain excellent communication with our guests, but often choose not to disturb you when entrance to the home isn't necessary. Any time you are staying in an Emerald Isle Realty property, please let us know of needed items like the kitchen items you mentioned or if the property is cleaned to your satisfaction. Our housekeeping department will gladly send another crew to the home to clean it again. We are also happy to provide any needed items. As for the detergents and cleaning supplies, these items are provided by guests along with paper products. Thank you again for your feedback. I hope you will vacation in Emerald Isle again.
