Cottage, 6 BR, 4 B. K * K * Q * Q * 2S * B (D down, S up, S trundle). Island Club linen service with beds made. 2 full size refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and washer/dryer. Downstairs has a kitchenette; both kitchens have granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. 2 large flat screen HDTVs with external sound system and premium cable, 2 DVD players, game room, wireless high speed Internet access, unlimited local and long distance calling. All BRs are decorated in a fun, beachy theme and have flat screen cable TVs, five have ocean views and two are master suites. Private 11' x 20' swimming pool with solar pool cover and large deck area, abundant porch furniture and professional landscaping within natural surroundings. Covered and open decks with porch furniture. Charcoal grill, hot/cold outside shower, separate cold water rinsing station near pool. Property has two levels, the lower level is entirely accessible with no stairs, the upper level is accessible via both an exterior staircase with separate entry and an interior spiral staircase. Grassy lawn areas great for outdoor games. Beautiful ocean views and easy beach access directly across the street. Available weekly year 'round and nightly in the off-season (September through May, three-night minimum). No smoking. Pets allowed with $200 non-refundable fee per pet (dogs only, 2 maximum). 5302 Ocean Drive.

This property is equipped with a solar pool cover. Although it does not guarantee a heated pool, it aids in warming the pool for use if left covered when not in use (at least half of the day and overnight). Perfect for spring and fall use.

This 2nd row property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.

Response from the manager Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't find what you were looking for while in Emerald Isle. Our beaches are at the southern most part of the Outer Banks, but from most places it doesn't take any longer to reach us than it does more northern portions of the Outer Banks. As far as restaurants and shopping, please contact our office for suggestions while you're staying with us or when planning your trip. Our local staff will be happy to provide you with insider's information so you can find all you are looking for while on vacation.
