Heated pool is available for an additional $500 per week. Bright, beachy décor welcomes you to this beautiful island living home featuring a reverse floor plan. Elevator to all levels. Two master suites each with private bath, one ocean-side on ground level with Q and one oceanfront on middle floor with K, whirlpool tub and deck access. Game room on ground level with foosball and pool tables, wet bar, mini refrigerator and half bath; TV room also on ground level with 46” TV and DVD. Kitchen with granite countertops, double wall ovens and Jenn-air cooktop. Washer/dryer, 9 flat screen cable TVs, DVD player, wireless high speed Internet access, gas fireplace, ceiling fans throughout. Expansive covered and open decks on all levels offer a variety of porch furniture including rockers, chairs and chaise lounges. Pool-side built-in gas grilling area and prep station. Putting green.
