Description

Avenue de Rodiez is an elegant house on the edge of the historic town of Entraygues-sur-Truyere. This beautiful house overlooks the Lot River with views of the bridge and the town.
Built over 100 years ago, Rodiez has been extensively restored and refurbished and offers 3 spacious levels of very comfortable living with modern appointments. From all rooms there are tranquil views of the surrounding countryside and from rooms at the front, views of the river.
The house offers spacious self-catering accommodation including:
•Ground Floor: Large kitchen, large dining, 1 x double bedroom, luggage room, WC with basin. Backdoor opens to garden and leisure area.
•First Floor: Living room, 1 x double bedroom, 1 x twin bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower, WC with basin, additional shower room.
•Second Floor: 1 x double bedroom, 1 x twin bedroom, large bathroom with shower and WC. Sitting room with kitchenette, sink, small fridge and coffee making facilities.
•Facilities: Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, drinks fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, internet, radio/cassette and CD player, books, board games, TV (satellite television channels includes BBC) and DVD.
•Heating: Oil-fired central heating to all floors
•Parking: Ample within gates
•Swimming Pool: Local swimming pool in village approx 200 metres from the house.
Avenue de Rodiez is also surrounded by garden and fruit trees with a number of outdoor leisure areas including a terrace with sundeck lounges, a barbeque and outdoor eating facilities.
The village is only a 10 minute walk away with many small shops, weekly markets, bank, ATM, restaurants and boulangeries for those morning croissants.
The house would suit a couple, can easily accommodate up to 2 families or group of friends.
