Description
Notre gîte se situe en rez-de-chaussée, reste toujours bien frais en plein été avec sa terrasse couverte et son grand patio abrité par une superbe glycine. Il comporte 2 chambres indépendantes, une pièce à vivre avec salon et coin repas, une "cuisine américaine" bien équipée, un salon véranda donnant sur une terrasse patio. Le gîte est non-fumeur. Une place de parking attend votre véhicule sur la propriété arborée et fleurie de 5ha, plantée d'essences variées, bordée par un petit cours d'eau. Vous pouvez profiter de notre petite piscine hors-sol de 4,5m de diamètre, mais les enfants doivent bien sûr obligatoirement rester sous la surveillance de leurs parents.
Un chèque de caution de 450€ devra être déposé à votre arrivée ainsi qu’une copie de votre assurance responsabilité civile en cours de validité. Le gîte devra être rendu parfaitement propre. Merci de votre compréhension.
