Description
A superb property as Set in a rural hamlet offering a peaceful location for getting away from the stress and strains of everyday life yet offering all the necessary facilities to make a holiday enjoyable for all age groups. Nicotiana is a superb renovation of a 19th century barn building, which has been converted to create two luxurious self contained four bedroom gîtes. Set in countryside in the golden triangle between the 'Cité Médiévale' of Gourdon, Sarlat and Rocamadour & 3.5km from the Dordogne border, with the Dordogne River being just 5.5km away. The barns are well situated for all the sites and attractions the area offers.
Nicotiana has the advantage of the early morning sun at the front of the property until the afternoon and the afternoon and evening sun at the rear, making the patio decking ideal for evening dining. A table and chairs is provided at the front of the house as well as the rear for full use of the sunshine.
