Description
The house was renovated in 2006 with absolute respect to the traditional local architecture. The upper floor consists of an open plan kitchen, dining room with fireplace and built-in bed, a bathroom and two terraces with a spectacular view to the olive-tree valley of Tragea, giving the opportunity of enjoying an astonishing sunset.
The ground floor consists of an internal courtyard, two bedrooms, living room, a bathroom and an external washer. The basement consists of a warehouse and a room with built sofa (can accommodate one more person) and old desk.
The village is mountainous and the house is located high on it. The house has access to the main road by car (dirt road approaches to a public parking in a distance of aprox. 60 m. from the house) or on foot through the stairs of the village (aprox. 8-10 min.)
The traditional architecture of the house, with external and internal stairs, makes it rather not suitable for toddlers. It is though quite safe for babies (baby cot is available).
